The key to a happy and healthy pet is regular enrichment and allowing them to engage in their natural behaviors such as playing, chasing, smelling, chewing and scavenging. By allowing your pet to engage in these behaviors, you allow them to be physically, emotionally and mentally satisfied. Pets who don’t receive stimulation tend to find ways to enrich themselves, resulting in unwanted behaviors.
Enrichment is only valuable if it matters to the animal. An activity is not going to be enriching if the animal does not use it, are afraid to use it, or are bored with it. Each pet will have individual preferences as well, so this is something we can test out the first time with them. We can try each available enrichment to see what they like best! Your first enrichment is on the house!
No, this isn't possible to be done in one on one sessions, but we CAN train you on best methods to get your new family member house trained yourself!
For safety reasons, we will not walk more than 2 at a time, dependent on their leash behavior.
*In addition to your pup's regular leash/collar/harness, we will always have a second (slip lead) in order to have a back up. Your dog's safety is very important to us.
Absolutely not! Give us all the bullies!
At this time we are unable to do so. But if you're worried about your pets needing extra time with us, let's talk details and we are happy to be flexible.
Not at this time, but that is future plans! If this is something you need, reach out to us as we can refer some great pet boarders!
